HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE:

Depending on your browser the map above my only show a general map of the Plymouth "PL4" area, for a more specific and detailed map directly to the exact location of the University Of Plymouth Students Union (PL4-8AA) please click the blue "PLYMOUTH PL4 0" link on the bottom right hand side of the map displayed above, you will then be taken directly to google maps where you will find a much more detailed map & directions.
SET UP TIMES:
We ask all brands that they turn up no more than 2 hours before the event starts to set up their area and their displays. Please do not turn up any earlier then 2 hours before the start of the event as we as the organisers will have a lot to do and you won't be able to set up any earlier!..

LATENESS:
Adversely please don't turn up late to set up your stand and your display, trying to push your way past members of the public (and other exhibitors!) to hurriedly set up your display and stand is both unprofessional and annoying to the other exhibitors and members of the public. Please be sure to arrive in plenty of time to set up your stand.. it's much better to have plenty of time to spare than to turn up late and annoy people!..

PACK DOWN TIMES:
On average our events are around 12 hours long, giving you 12 hours to relax, enjoy the entertainment & music and more importantly to sell your products!..
We have no restrictions on how long you can sell your products for, so if the event starts at 2pm and finishes at 2am your more than welcome to keep selling your products right up until 2am!.. (If you really want to!)

Generally w e find that the most sucessfull sellers at our afternoon-tee-events usually start selling right from the beginning of the event, and generally stop selling at around 9-10pm. as that is the time the revellers start get get a bit wobbly and stop buying stuff!.. we also want you to have fun too, so if you finish at this time it gives you a chance to relax and mingle a bit more too!..
TABLES AND RAILS:
We can quite easily provide you with tables to display your products and event rails to hang them on!.. As long as you let us know and make the correct arrangements well in advance this isn't a problem!..
SPACES:
We generally only issue around 20 spaces for clothing labels and brands to sell their products, these range from a minimum of 2metre x 1metre to 2metres x 2meters in size.
As you might expect the spaces are very sought after (every event so far has SOLD OUT!) and are issued on a first come first served basis!..
